Hi, I’m Natasha, a Support Coordinator here at Daxtech. I spend my days making sure our clients get fast, clear answers, whether that’s triaging tickets, coordinating with our technicians, or just checking in to make sure things are running smoothly.

I grew up in South Africa, and having settled in Canada, I don’t take the day-to-day here for granted.

When I clock off, you’ll usually find me with my family, losing golf balls at the driving range, getting sand everywhere at the beach, or serving as my son’s official Hot Wheels track designer and Magna-Tiles structural engineer (whose buildings have a two-collapse-per-day average).
